On average piglets are 2-5lbs when they go to their families. These are babies, and like every baby they grow. Piglets do most of their growing their first year. We expect these babies to be between 11-17 inches tall when full grown.
There is no such thing as a 20 lb full grown pig. Please do not fall for this scam!! The pig rescues are overwhelmed by the amount of pigs that get rehomed because of these "greeders" promising that their pig won't get above a certain weight. Also please run from the Breeders that guarantee their pigs will not get above a certain height or weight!!!!!!! We do not measure our pigs by weight as diet and exercise varies too much between families. We love our pigs too much to put unrealistic expectations on them that they will never live up to.
